i had loads of fun.
many thanks to aw and her family for everything!
pictures would be up in abit, not in the mood for a long post now.

but the 4 days passed so quickly; a little too quickly.
& pretty soon it would be 6th dec&11feb.
i dread and i feel like shit.
it's just so frustrating, irritating and hurting each time you count the days. i don't know how to put it into words. i just need to rant and rave.
it's just so freaking unfair.

i'm so frustrated now, that i don't even know how to continue typing.

it's been some time.
see, my computer was spoilt, and my fam brought the laptop overseas with them. um so yea, no access to internet.
plus been going out practically everyday- ikea, pingpong, sentosa, chalet (which was SUPER FUN!), escape, BBQs...

my fam came back from their villa holiday today (they're showing stardust on the plane for Nov), and i'm leaving for genting tomorrow!

lol, i have like purplish-blue bruises on my arms. vicious sport, volleyball.

finally, a day to rest at home.
time just passes so fast when you're having fun.
it's no wonder the 3 long weeks of Olevels, seemed to literally crawled by then.

stayed over aw's house after prom, doing all sorts of stupid things and having fun.

the next day, we headed together to amirul's chalet.
(thanks amirul for organising it and being so sweet about it even when we had to leave. (: really thank you!)

went to aw's house again on friday. followed her to get her passport done and all. before meeting ppt for dinner. (:

saturday headed over to my aunt's house. it was my nephew's one month.

and finally sunday! (which is yesterday)
went aw's house to play tennis with ppt, zach and aw. now my arms ache. lol. pon and bao did not want to play, and played with aw's brothers upstairs instead.

haha, 3 out of the 5 days were spent at michelle's place.
oh well.

oh yes, i have to wear specs now. heh. i had actually collected them quite some time ago. lol.

this is just a post to revive my already dying blog.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS
1. No Breakfast
People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.
This leads to an insufficient supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2. Overeating
It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking
It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption
Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution
The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our body. Inhaling polluted air decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain efficiency.

6. Sleep Deprivation
Sleep allows our brain to rest. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate the death of brain cells.

7. Head covered while sleeping
Sleeping with the head covered, increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness
Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts
Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely
Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

The main causes of liver damage are:
1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

3. Too much eating.

4. Skipping breakfast.

5. Consuming too much medication.

6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil. As much as possible reduce cooking oil use when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.

8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

We should prevent this without necessarily spending more. We just have to adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to "schedule."

Because:
Evening at 9 - 11pm: is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent by relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.

Evening at 11pm - 1am: is the detoxification process in the liver, and ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 1 - 3am: detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.

Early morning 3 - 5am: detoxification in the lungs. Therefore there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process had reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with toxin removal process.

Morning 5 - 7am: detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.

Morning 7 - 9am: absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast, they should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10am rather than no meal at all.

Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

YESTERDAY

met up with tp first at parkway, waited for him to get bottle drinks, before taking 16 over to kallang.
lol. walked here and there, towards the east entrance. in the end, we made one huge big round.

at the entrance, they told us that we weren't allowed to bring bottle drinks into the stadium. wahlau!
called michelle, and she sent out the twins to help smuggle the bottles in. lol.
then went to sit together with baoxian, michelle, kenneth, nicholas and bernard.

the first match was hilarious. lol. sitting with them super funny. bernard and the rest kept making hilarious comments that cracked me up. lol.

the first match, the ex-malaysia team VS the ex-singapore team.
lol. it consisted of a bunch of old men jogging about, chasing after the ball. lol.

then TK band came out during half-time!

though they didn't do any formations, they were still good nevertheless. (:

and yes, the score for the first match was a draw by the way- 1 all.

after the first macth, came it the ceremony to lit the fire...

lol, went for toilet break before the second match started. lol.
where we were seated was rather empty. so we could walk here and there. tp and i climbed to the top of the stadium there, where the highest seats were. lol. it had a great view up there, we could see streaks of the sunset and bright city lights.

then came the second match. lol. it was pretty exciting and fast-paced.
austalia VS singapore.

it was a good game although we lost.
australia won 3 to nil. all the goals were scored during the second half.

during half-time, TK band perfromed again!

this time they just marched around the track. lol.

after the match was the closing of the national stadium ceremony.
all the lights were turned off, and they had this walking-down-memory-lane thing. lol.

the athletes were then invited to make a last and final round around the track...

Yesterday
was lynette's birthday BBQ. :D

met up with royce first, before taking the bus over to loyang- nette's place.
uhm... we got lost alright.
lol.

see, lynette's house is 237.
but brilliant royce told me it was 235. so the both of us reached loyang rise, saw that house no. 235's gates were wide open and we happily strolled in thinking that 235 was lynette's house.
!!!

omg la.
as in we literally removed our shoes and just walked into the wrong house. LOL.
then a very frantic looking maid from house no. 235 came out when she (probably) heard us intruding into her employer's house.
hahah, she looked all ready to use a broom and chase us out of the house. hahahah. but royce and i were still convinced that we were in the right house, so we practically forced our way in while saying, "oh, we're looking for lynette."

HAHAHA, the maid was desperately trying to tell us, there was no lynette.

when we finally realise that- eh wait, lynette doesn't have a maid...
i was all ready to cover my head with a paper bag and crawl out of 235.

omg, thank goodness she did not call the police.

haha, oh well besides that embarrassing incident, yesterday was pretty fun. (:
when we finally found the correct house, it was like 7 plus or so already. haha.

played at lynette's house till 10plus or so, before tp, amirul, cliffton, kenneth, lynette and i took a bus over to siglap for supper! :D

HELLO ALL!
for starters, i'm bushed.
absolutely exhausted.
this whole drama SYF thing.
i know i know, we must work hard together as a team and what not. already i find a lack of time for studies (and might i emphasise that i place studies at least 10000 ranks above drama) and yet i have to fork out time for all these rehearsals.
plus, it's eating into cathecism. ):
i know i'm not the only one going through it, but i can't help but complain.
it's a human right, and in woman's nature.
heh.

well, games carnivals going on now... haha.
let's just say 4B does better in books than sports. :P

and yes, if you happen to have trampled just merely on my toes, and yet i take it out on you full blast, please know that it's not you but me.

guess this is my first post up on my new (and hopefully private) blog.
shall try to make it a meaningful one then.

i read edwin's blog, the one on his convo with pete, and well, you guys sorta inspired/urged me to re-open my blog.

so thanks guys!

well...this post is sort of overdue, cause it's going to be on church camp, which happended from 16-18 march.
so much things happened church camp that i don't even know where to begin.
i experience so much, thta i don't even know how to pen in down into words.

let's just say this year was different.
so the dorms didn't have ari-con, nor was there CLEAN sheets, and the praying room was smelly&sticky, plus the dining room had bugs...
but i admit, this retreat beats the past 2 hands down.

it was really (and i mean this from the bottom of my heart) inspiring, enriching, fufilling, and of course, touching.

the cathecist were the sweetest. (MUCH nicer as less strict as compared to last year. :P)
the retreat was super slack as compared to last year, where they were being so super anal about everything.

already at the first night, the Passion of Christ got us all in the mood for the retreat.the girls were sobbing, the guys were stifling tears.

second day we had meaningful sessions, confession and a little surprise for each of us at night.
turns out our parents specially wrote us letters to read during camp.
everyone needed and lend a shoulder to cry on.
poignant moment for all. (:
